OPERATIONS MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Operations Manager is responsible for:
Leading, directing and educating the District Managers in achieving sales and transaction growth of stores under their district

Making continuous necessary improvements to achieve stores’ optimum performance and bottom-line results

Regularly reviewing systems and processes to allow for better efficiencies leading to the delivery of excellent quality, service and environment

Maintaining positive company morale and representing The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® in a professional manner

Fulfilling any other duties assigned by the Managing Director and other Corporate Officers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in any of the following courses: Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, Food & Beverage Preparation / Services Management, Mass Communications

5 years progressive work-related experience in the same position specializing in Food / Beverage / Restaurant / Hotel Service or equivalent
