With a unique roasting process treating each bean differently depending on origin, creating the tea latte and being the first to introduce the Original Ice Blended ® coffee drink to the world, The Coffee Bean is known for innovation.
Working at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® gives you a world of opportunities. Retail Store positions such as Baristas, Shift Supervisors and Store Managers allow you to come face-to-face with our customers and build relationships by delivering our promise of Total Quality Experience. Support Center positions like Accounting and Supply Chain Supervisors give you the chance to serve our stores from within.
As we continue to grow each year, opportunities in the company broaden as well. In mid 2011, we launched a new Single Serve Beverage System, called CBTL™. With this technology, consumers will now be able to enjoy their favorite The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® beverages from the comforts of their own home.
