RETAIL STORE
Barista
The Barista is responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. He or she is also responsible for educating customers about our premium coffees and teas. The Barista will fulfill any other duties the Store Manager or Shift Supervisor assigns and will represent The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® in a professional manner.
Scorecard
- Champions new policies and SOPs, serves as role model. No corrective actions received for failure to adhere to standards and policies stated in the Table of Offenses and Penalties.
- Helps and supports new and fellow Team Members in their work to contribute to overall Company success
- Completes all assigned tasks on time with minimal supervision. Fulfills commitment to peers, co-workers, and supervisors/managers.
- Arrives at work on time every day.

- Meets average check target when doing cashiering function.
- Pass monthly recertification tests with a minimum grade of 85%

Qualifications
- Experience in retail / specialty store or food establishment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Register and cash handling experience.
- Bachelors Degree in any four (4) year course.
Shift Supervisor
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the Baristas in maintaining the quality of service and product. This position enforces all procedures in the absence of the Store Manager. The Shift Supervisor will fulfill any other duties the Store Manager or District Manager assigns and will represent The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® in a professional manner.

Store Manager
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® Store Manager is responsible for managing a positive environment, which provides fast, efficient, and friendly service ensuring a Total Quality Experience for both our customers and Team Members. Store Managers create the tone and personality of the store by being an advocate of training, customer service, product knowledge and education, encouraging safe work practices, and a demonstrated commitment to our Guiding Principles. The Store Manager is responsible for leading all Team Members in the efficient and profitable operation of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® store to which he/she is assigned.

Qualifications
- 3 years retail management experience required.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, evenings and special events as needed.

- This position will require frequent standing and use of hands and arms.
- Must be able to focus on distant and close-range projects. Regularly required to handle food, hot beverages, and work with sharp objects.

CBTL™ Sales Specialist
The CBTL™ Sales Specialist is a key employee in driving the CBTL™ Single Serve Beverage Platform sales through delivering good customer service and maintaining customer relationships. He/She is responsible for serving customers, accurately recording all sales as well as assisting with merchandising responsibilities such as stocks monitoring and keeping the merchandiser neat, clean and organized.

This role assists the chef in ensuring that The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® kitchen operations run smoothly. He is in charge of keeping an acceptable stock level through efficient ordering. This position is also responsible for maintaining the high standards of
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® on food products.
