Accounting Supervisor – Financial Reports
This position is responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.
Scorecard
- Ensures that all month-end and year-end closing procedures are properly executed by ensuring all departments involved comply with deliverables in a timely manner.
- Provides comprehensive financial information through analysis of monthly actual financials versus budget and previous periods.
- Review and analysis of store and support center Profit and Loss report.
- Periodic review of bank reconciliation process to address any issues pertaining to recurring adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with all bookkeeping, tax laws and government reportorial requirements.
- Ensures proper recording of Fixed Assets in books in order for physical assets to tie up with system records
- Ensures all stores follow physical count inventory procedures by observing month end physical count.
- Prepares cost reconciliation templates and analysis based on back office generated reports.
Qualifications
- Equipped with 2 to 3 years progressive work-related experience in financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, and taxation.
- Candidate should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and leadership.
- Highly analytical and is capable of dealing and managing direct reports, co-workers and stakeholders.
- Candidate must be proficient in MSOffice Applications including computerized accounting and spreadsheets.
- Qualified candidate must be willing to work in the Support Center located in Libis, Quezon City
HR Payroll Assistant
This position is responsible for processing the Payroll System, which covers the timekeeping, payroll distribution and generating payroll reports. He/she provides information to employees and key departments on payroll matters, tax issues and benefit plans.
Scorecard
- Pro-actively collaborates with Store Managers and/or Shift Supervisors in coordinating payroll concerns and communicating holidays every cut-off to prevent possible rejected payroll transactions to minimize customer complaints.
- Computes for last pay upon receipt of completed clearance within 5 working days and releases last paycheck not beyond 30 working days (end to end process).
- Issues complete set of documents to support employment record through the following documents: Waiver, Release and Quitclaim and 2316 Certificate of Income Taxes Withheld.
- Close coordination and diligent follow up of document approvals and reports for final pay check preparation of resigned employees with concerned departments – Finance, Treasury.
- Timely coordination of “hold payroll” requests from District managers/Department Managers every cut-off. Secures documented confirmation to proceed with requests to avoid credit back and payroll rework process.
- Collaboration with Training to ensure that payroll orientation is clearly understood and appreciated, measure through certification, where passing mark is 80% of payroll questions only.
- 100% full compliance to attendance and work schedules.
- Ensure timely execution of payroll, final pay computation and release.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years experience in Human Resource with a strong background in payroll and employee services.
- Experience in using HR software is an added advantage.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Efficient organizational skills and proficient in MS Office Applications/Open Office.
- Ability to follow through on work assignments; hardworking, organized and meticulous.
- Self-starter with good organization, methodical and multitasking skills with the passion to deliver quality work while meeting tight deadlines.
- Must be a team player, highly motivated and committed.

Warehouse Supervisor
This role is responsible for inventory management – forecasting, receiving and issuances. The Warehouse Supervisor ensures that all warehouse transactions are documented and encoded in the system. He is also responsible for submission and analysis of inventory, issuance and wastage reports as well as the upkeep of warehouse facilities.

- Inventory Management
- Responsible for the daily update of raw materials/inventory stock level and weekly coordination of stock requirements
- Inventory turn-over ration is kept at optimal levels for imported and locally sourced items
- Monthly reconciliation of physical count to ensure zero variance
- Diligent inspection of Purchase Order quantity and unit of measure against supplier’s invoice and Delivery Receipt
- Ensures 100% accuracy of encoded Production and Wastages Report in the system on a daily basis
- Budget Management
- Keeps labor and operating costs within budget
- Maintains warehouse and outbound storage chiller to ensure zero incidents of wastage brought about by pest infestation and the like.
- Synergy and Teamwork across functions and departments
- Ensures 100% complete and on time delivery of store requests
- Close coordination with key persons in Operations for stocks status to ensuring acceptable inventory levels.
- Collaboration with Purchasing and Accounting Department to ensure timely delivery of stocks and immediate receiving of supplier invoices in the system
- Provides training and guidance to team members, balancing this with provision for opportunities to function under minimal supervision allowing improved performance and an inspired team.
- Prompt action on erring employees minimizing tardiness and absenteeism.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management, or equivalent
- 3 years progressive work-related experience in food Service/ big volume food production, commissary, food manufacturing plant or other related to the position.
Management Information Systems Specialist
The MIS Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, testing and documenting computer programs.He applies knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems as well as evaluates user request for new or modified programs.
Scorecard
- Provides timely and efficient technical support to all stores and other departments
- Maximize equipment features and operations through proper equipment maintenance resulting to longer equipment life.
- Ensures zero downtime of store equipment, POS and internet connection.Should problems occur, pushes for same day resolution to issues
- Performs weekly preventive maintenance in assigned districts using the MIS store checklist
- Ensures all stores’ POS data and mall hookup integrity. Should there be issues, coordinates with POS provider and follows through on commitment dates set.
- Ensures all store equipment such as the POS, BOP, Routers, Cables and printers are properly maintained
Qualifications
- Bachelors/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year work experience as an Analyst Programmer or other IT related works (Hardware or Software).
Network Administrator (Cebu)
This role is responsible for monitoring and coordinating with all stores and other departments on connectivity ensuring 100% network availability, reliability, security and performance. He develops and maintains network infrastructure documentation, and network related policies, process, procedures and standards for the organization.
Scorecard
- Maintain all servers, firewall, NAS, switches and routers as well as warranty information, support agreements, modification history, software and service packs installed and its physical location
- Ensure maximum network, server, and telephony uptime.
- Ensure the VPN up time and security.
- Safeguards data security to prevent data exposure of connections to outside internet and maintain security policies
- Ensure all network resources are available and accessible to duly authorized personnel at all times.
- Ensures connectivity of store surveillance cameras.
- Ensure the availability and integrity of Web Server.
- Updates all networking files and maintain backups as well as perform system and file restorations.
- Ensure 100% up time of all store connectivity, including store LAN, voice, DSL, VPN, terminals and hookup.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
