After registering, print your application form. Do not input your signature and thumbprints, this must be done in front of the Election Officer. You can schedule an appointment or walk-in at the Office of the Election Officer in your city to submit your application.

After registering, kindly wait for your confirmation message for your scheduled appointment. Make sure to bring the required documents in order to verify your identity/category and/or health condition.
