This 2015, I’ve started to become a Coffee Bean fan (I’m actually really hooked on it 😊). With that, I’ve met members of the Brew Your Best Year Community and saw their inspiring posts about
“brewing your best year”. It was then that I registered on their website to become a part of the community.
I was inspired with all the artworks they were posting (like artworks on calligraphy, watercoloring, etc) so I decided to pursue my interest for the arts. Now, I’ve tried all of it! From calligraphy, doodling, painting and so much more! That is also the reason why I created my Instagram account. But, there are times that I feel disappointed with my works. I have thoughts such as “Why can’t I do artworks as good/nice as they can?” And then I realized, I’m only just starting. But this made me practice more and more. The pages of my sketch pad are now all full of calligraphy drafts and somehow, I can see a lot of improvements over the past few months.
For all beginners like me, find inspiration from others’ works and do not be pressured. Don’t ever lose hope. You just need to have patience and practice more! Believe there’s nothing you cannot do!
