Last mid of July, I commended KC of CBTL Robinsons Magnolia Branch through email.
When me and my friends dined there again last September 1, I didn’t expect that KC will still recognize me. She called me by my name and mentioned that she indeed got commended because of my email. She showed so much appreciation and gratitude for the commendation I made for her. I was joyful because she appreciated that I appreciated her niceness. She even gave me a thank you note after I took my order.
I realized that when I express appreciation of people’s good/nice deeds, I am doubly blessed. I am happier.
